    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Snowsummit Transfers Sarl (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website, www.snowsummit.ch (the “Website”). By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Services

    Snowsummit Transfers Sarl offers the following services:
    • Private and shared transfers
    • Car rentals
    By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

    3. Booking and Reservation

    3.1 Booking Process

    Bookings for our services can be made via email. When booking a service, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

    • The number of passengers
    • The number of luggage items

    It is crucial that this information is accurate, as the capacity of our vehicles is limited. If the information provided is inaccurate and results in an inability to deliver the service (e.g., more passengers or luggage than the vehicle can accommodate), we reserve the right to modify the service or refuse service without refund.

    3.2 Car Rentals

    For car rentals, the driver must:

    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Provide a valid ID or passport
    • Present a valid driving license

    Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the cancellation of the rental, with no right to refund.

    4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    4.1 Transfers

    • If a booking is canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled service, you are entitled to a full refund.
    • If a booking is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled service, we will retain 30% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.

    4.2 Car Rentals

    • Cancellation terms for car rentals follow the same refund policy as for transfers.

    5. Passenger Responsibilities

    • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details about the number of passengers and luggage when booking. Failure to do so may result in the service being denied or modified, with no entitlement to a refund.
    • Identification for Car Rentals: All drivers must provide valid identification (ID or passport) and a driving license at the time of rental. Failure to present these documents will result in the cancellation of the rental with no refund.

    6. Liability and Limitations

    6.1 Delays

    • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as flight delays or unforeseen road conditions.
    • For airport transfers, we allow up to 1 hour of waiting time after the flight’s scheduled landing. After the first hour, we are not obliged to wait unless we have communicated with the customer and agreed upon extended waiting time.

    6.2 Limitations of Liability

    • We do not accept liability for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as flight delays, traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
    • Our services are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. We cannot guarantee punctuality in situations that are out of our control.

    7. Changes to Pricing, Services, and Terms

    We reserve the right to update pricing, modify services, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes have been posted will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

    8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms will be governed by Swiss law. Any legal proceedings will be brought exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.

    9. Disclaimers and Warranties

    We do not provide any warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of our services. Due to the nature of transportation services, various external factors may impact the quality or timing of the service, which are beyond our control.
